Lightning kills woman

RUBAVU - A-25- year old woman in Rubavu district, Clementine Uwimana died instantly after being struck by lightning on Saturday. The Rugerero sector Executive Secretary, Jean Sebikari, said the incident happened during a heavy afternoon down pour.
