Governor calls for tough measures to combat cattle theft

KAYONZA – The Governor of the Eastern Province, Dr. Ephraim Kabaija, has called for a tough stance against cattle theft in the province that has left residents worried. He said this while reacting to the latest incident, where 43 head of cattle belonging to  Tisiani Muhirwa, were stolen from his farm in Mucucu village in Murundi sector. The Governor called upon law enforcers to be more vigilant.
