Rwanda, Belgium military discuss cooperation

Rwandan and Belgian military officers yesterday started a three-day bilateral military cooperation talks at the Ministry of Defence headquarters in Kigali. Army and Defence spokesperson, Maj. Jill Rutaremara, told The New Times that the two armies already have a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and that the Belgian delegation had come to Rwanda to further discuss the two countries’ cooperation arrangement.
