Man arrested for attempted murder
GATSIBO - A 46-year-old man, Silvestre Munyarugarama, a resident of Kabarore sector, who allegedly attempted to kill his sister in law has been detained at Gatsibo Police Post. Speaking to The New Times, from the police, the suspect admitted he had planned to kill, Anastasie Nsezere, his sister in-law.
