CELEBRITY CENTRAL: B-LOON

B-Loon is a Rwandan artist who has cemented his name in the local entertainment scene with his sweet mellow voice. Ngenzi Boncoeur aka B-Loon was born in 1989 in Kigali. He studied at Don Bosco IFAK in Kimihurura. B-Loon was born with the love for music and started composing his own songs at an early age of ten. However it was not until in 2007 when he came to the limelight with his single ‘Mpenzi Lili’.
