Gaetan Hakizimana is the Front Office Manager at Laico Umubano, formerly Novotel in Kacyiru. He is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s good name by giving all the visitors a sense of welcome. Below is how he goes on with the working day; I wake up at 5a.m and move to the nearby church for the Morning Prayer. From church, I get home and leave for work at about 7:10a.m.
