France’s Kouchner expected here today
KIGALI - As a sign of improving relations between Rwanda and France, the French Foreign Affairs Minister, Bernard Kouchner, is expected in the country today on a visit aimed at strengthening ties. The visit is part of Kouchner’s six-nation Africa tour that includes visits to Egypt, Burkina Faso, Congo Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and Ivory Coast.
