KCC should close down unhygienic schools!
Editor, I wonder why the Kigali City authorities are even setting up a team to inspect 13 secondary schools grouped under the “red category” for poor hygiene and sanitation, less than a month before schools reopen. Honestly, if those schools are in the ‘red’ category already, why should they be given a chance? Obviously, they must be truly atrocious.
The Mayor of Kigali Dr. Aisa Kirabo has threatened to close down unhygienic schools.
