Naming and shaming is the way to go
Editor, As someone who has repeatedly called for the censure and indictment of all elected officials who refuse to adhere to the tenets of the Leadership Code, I have to admit that I’m excited by the fact that The New Times has obtained a list of 56 civil servants who were suspended last week for failing to declare their wealth.
