Reaction to “EATV is leading the way”!

Editor, I write this letter to reiterate that the Rwandan Flag on “the number one youth channel” makes the logo more attractive. However, when I saw the flag I waited for a Rwandan music video to be played on EATV in vain. What’s wrong? What is the procedure for a music video to be played on EATV? Please do remember that Rwanda is now a full member of East African Community,.
