Keep arresting those corrupt officials
Editor, I just read about the arrest of the Mayor of Musanze District Celestin Karabayinga, on charges of embezzling up to Rwf12 million. What made this story interesting was the fact that the mayor was arrested through a tip-off from a district official on the disappearance of the money.
