Prisons set measures to step up services

KIGALI - In a move meant to improve prison services and operations, the National Prisons Service (NPS) has set up new guidelines and measures to streamline prison leadership and capacity needed to change the face of the department. This was reached during a four-day workshop that brought together all senior executive NPS officers, during which the entire prison force was assessed.
