Editor, I first of all want to wish Ms. Grace Bahati all the best in her tenure as Miss Rwanda. However, I sincerely have to disagree with the judges’ selection. I think that Carine Rusaro was a far better candidate. I wish I knew what their criteria was because it still looks confusing to me. I know I’m not an expert, but my eye is as discerning as theirs I believe. I think, nay, I know that they were wrong. Sam Rwego
