Well done to Miss Rwanda and Miss East Africa
Editor, Please allow me to congratulate Miss Rwanda, Grace Bahati, and also Miss East Africa, Cynthia Akazuba who have both excelled in beauty contests and emerged victorious. This is a very encouraging initiative which has taken shape in Rwanda, with many beauty contests being held even at the KIST and other institutes.
