Kirabo rebukes administrators over poor service delivery
The Mayor of Kigali City Dr Aisa Kirabo, yesterday hit hard at district leaders within the City over poor service delivery and emphasized the need for immediate improvements. She said this during the open day for accountability that took place at Nyamirambo Regional Stadium as Kigali City residents presented their problems and sought redress before the mayor.
