Editor, Reference is made to the letter that was published in The New Times on Monday 14th December, 2009 in which the sender from [email protected] stated dissatisfaction for a delayed response to an email sent last week to the Rwanda Development Board (RDB). RDB very much regrets any such experience, and takes every investor inquiry seriously. We therefore took the following steps on reading the letter:
