Give Rwanda a chance to prove a point
I read an article in the NewTimes paper dated 16, November 2007, which suggested that the Human Rights Watch had made claims of Rwanda’s incompetence to handle cases transferred from ICTR, and other countries to Rwandan national jurisdictions despite the various positive steps that have been made in the Rwandan judiciary.
