Minister cautions on poor classroom construction The State Minister for Secondary and Primary education has called upon the Bugesera district officials to follow up on the schools where classrooms were poorly constructed in the district. Dr Mathias Harebamungu who had toured different schools in the area attributed the poor construction of schools to the negligence of some district officials.
