Woman arrested for dumping baby in latrine

GATSIBO – Police in Ngarama sector, Gatsibo district are holding a 24-year old Burundian woman for allegedly dumping her baby in a pit latrine. Angelique Nyarangabirwa, who police said had entered the country illegally, is said to have dumped the baby in a latrine soon after delivery.
