Editor, As the climate change conference nears, leaders in the developing world need to represent. The developing world unlike the industralised countries have been victim to the effects of global warming for decades even without partaking in its creation. Despite the various challenges that the globe faces in this grave environmental issue, realistic and fair solutions should be arrived at. Gone are the days when key international policy makers decided on behalf of the developing world.
