Infrastructure still a challenge, court official says

NYAGATARE - A judge at Nyagatare Intermediate Court has attributed inadequate infrastructure and being understaffed as the reasons why his court has been slow at handling court cases. ‘Our court has only two court rooms and this becomes a problem when we have many cases to hear,’ Alex Hitimana said.
