Car theft suspects to appear in court next week
The Deputy Prosecutor General, Alphonse Hitiyaremye, has said that the car theft suspects who were arrested mid this week will be presented to court next week. Even though the file had not reached his desk, the prosecutor said that when a file is handed over to prosecution, it does not take exceed five days before it is handed over to the court for proceedings.
