Rwandatel needs help

Editor, The complaints which have been running on this page concerning Rwandatel’s poor services are falling on deaf ears, despite the fact that it is no longer a monopoly Internet Service Provider. For a larger part of Friday we had to work minus Internet simply because our access point was down and Customer Care kept giving this flimsy excuse whenever we called to remind them.
