Driving test services to be decentralized

KIGALI - Tests for drivers to acquire driving licenses will soon be decentralized in order to reduce congestion. This was revealed yesterday by Supt Egide Ruzigamanzi, the traffic police chief. In an interview with The Sunday Times, Ruzigamanzi said that the decision was made during a meeting between traffic officials and heads of driving schools that was held on Friday.
