ADC, SORAS to finance Nyabugogo Taxi Park facelift

African Development Corporation (ADC) and SORAS, a local insurance company, have come to the rescue of Kigali City Council with a Rwf 2.5bn package to redevelop and give Nyabugogo bus terminal a new face to. Speaking to journalists, the Mayor of Kigali City, Dr. Aisha Kirabo Kakira, revealed that the two institutions made a bid to take up the re-development of the taxi park which is currently in a very sorry state.
