Green Future’s cable to reach Kigali by Jan

Green Future Limited contracted by Rwandatel and Uganda telecom to bring fibre optic cable to both countries said that it would connect a fibre optic loop from Kampala, Uganda to Kigali by January 2010. The company said in a statement issued recently that the fibre optic cable expected to provide Internet broadband to Rwanda will reach the Katuna border post of Rwanda by at least December 2009.
