Look within

It is a human weakness to put the blame for one’s failures on some other person or destiny. People are quick to find faults with the work of others, but are often blind to their own faults. I recollect a verse written by a poet from medieval India which states that, “when I ventured out to see a bad man, I found no one, but on looking inside I found that there was no one more awful than me.”
