Student nabbed for defilement

KARONGI – Police in Bwishyura Sector, Karongi district are holding a 19-year old student of Ecole Technique Officielle (ETO) Kibuye who was caught red-handed having sex with a 15-year old girl. Bernard Nshimiyimana, was arrested by security organs in the wee hours of Tuesday at his grandfather’s house following complaints lodged by the girl’s family.
