Gacaca court releases pastor

MUHANGA - A Gacaca Appeal Court in Nyabisindu, Muhanga district has cleared Pastor Theophile Nkudiye of genocide charges. Nkundiye, who is affiliated to ADEPR was on August 18, 2009 sentenced to three months imprisonment after court found him guilty of conspiracy to conceal information about the killings in the Pentecostal area.
