Editor, I want to send my appreciation to the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) for disbursing $10 million to help in the electrification of the country’s rural areas. For the Nation to modernize, electricity must halt being a luxury, only for the urban populace, and become a normal part of Rwandan life, even in the remotest areas.
