The 100 years anniversary of Kigali city was a reminder to the urban dwellers that Kigali is a fast developing city. The event which included performances from different musicians from out side Rwanda and fireworks brought a profound feeling of prestige for living in the city. People in the rural areas did not have the chance to see the spectacles of fireworks, artists like Yvonne Chaka Chaka and Juliana Kanyomozi.It was worth celebrating 100years after all, considering what Rwanda has been through in the past. kigali
