Over 61,000 to enrol for Itorero

Close to 61,000 people are expected to take part in this year’s final national academy training ‘Itorero Ry’igihugu’ slated for November 20 in all districts across the country. Speaking during a meeting organized for women representatives at the Foreign Affairs ministry yesterday, Itorero programme officer, Népo Rugemintwaza, called upon women to take keen interest in the one month course.
