Scores of citizens lack national IDs
KARONGI – At least 700,000 out of the 2.5 million people in Western Province do not have the new national identity cards (IDs). The provincial governor, Célestin Kabahizi, disclosed this yesterday during a consultative meeting with Government employees in Bwishyura Sector, Karongi District.
