RWANDA OTC MARKET REPORT: Wednesday November 4, 2009

Equity Market Yesterday no transactions were recorded on the ROTC market. The KCB share price remained stable at Rwf153. At the end of the trading session, 10,415 shares were on offer and no buyers. Tuesday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange, a total of 178,700 shares were traded. KCB shares traded within the range of Ksh19.85 (Rwf150) high and Ksh19.65 (148Rfw) low and closed at Ksh19.70 (Rfw149). The NSE All share index went down -0.19 points to close at 67.65. The Dar-es-Salaam Stock Exchange and the Uganda Securities Exchange did not trade KCB shares. The Bond Market: On the bond market no transactions were recorded. At the close of the business, Rwf2 billion worth of Government bonds were on offer (sellers) at Rwf99.8 and there were two bids (buyers) of Rwf2 billion and Rwf5 million for the same bonds at 94.00 and 97.80, respectively. There were also BCR bank bonds worth Rwf150 million on offer at Rwf100.50. Ends
