Again Rwandan does us proud

Irene Niyonambaza being handed a certificate by Ambassador Michael R. Gardner,  Chairman of United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI). The Infrastructure Officer at the Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Agency (RURA), was praised for her commitment to building and regulating Rwanda’s growing ICT Infrastructure. Present at the ceremony were several high ranking officials of the U.S. Government as well as leading corporate officials from the Boeing Company, Intel, News Corporation, and Alcatel-Lucent.
