Muhanga vice Mayor dies in motor accident
Abedi Ruzigana, the Muhanga vice -Mayor in charge of Economic Affairs died in a road accident after his vehicle was hit by a Tanzania bound truck. The accident took place at Munyinya junction, on the Butare-Kigali Highway at 11.00 pm on Sunday October, 18.
