The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), António Guterres, will arrive in the country tommorrow on a three-day working visit. The Permanent Secretary in the local government ministry, Eugene Barikana, told The New Times Friday, that Guterres’ visit will see him meet several senior government officials and also visit refugee camps. Barikana said the UNHCR boss is scheduled to meet, President Paul Kagame, Prime Minister Bernard Makuza and other senior government officials. His itenerary also includes a visit to Nyabiheke Camp in Gatsibo district and the Genocide memorial site at Nyanza, Kicukiro. Ends
