Dumbfounded at ATM machines
Editor, Allow me through your paper to air out my complaints concerning the ATM machines. I am a client of Ecobank and a few months ago ECOBANK clients were given ATM cards. However, since I got my card almost all the ATM machines in town are dysfunctional.
