Well done Rwanda, on Automatic Guarantee Fund
Editor, I read with a keen interest in one of the Uganda’s daily Newspapers about Rwanda’s Automobile Guarantee Fund where people who are affected by motor accidents are compensated. This is a good solution where road accidents are common.
