As one of the packages given to Kigali City’s 100years of existence, traders were given a go-a-head to work till late. I therefore don’t understand why until today traders close rather early. Many people can not access the commodities they need when they live work late. These traders who are in a hurry to get home should understand that this behaviour paralyses transport in the city. I advise business owners to keep operating till late hours of the night in order to help those who have no choice but shop at night. Kacyiru
