Speed up classroom construction, says governor
KARONGI – The governor of the Western Province Célestin Kabahizi has asked district leaders to hastily speed up the construction of classrooms for the 9 year Basic Education programme. The tough speaking governor challenged district heads to avoid reluctance and involve the general public in the construction programme.
