HIV activist to visit next week
A US-based activist in the fight against HIV/AIDS, Marvelyn Brown, is set to visit the country next week. According to a statement from the US Embassy in Kigali, Brown, a 25-year old native from Tennessee was diagnosed with HIV at the age of 19 and uses personal testimony and real-life experiences to inform and educate audiences about HIV/AIDS.
