Technicians accused of delaying construction

NGOMA – Building experts from the Ministry of Education and local authorities in Ngoma District, have been asked to speed up classrooms construction in the district for the implementation of the 9-Year Basic Education. While assessing the progress of construction works, on Thursday, a provincial official, Eric Nkurayija including parents, accused the experts of slowing down the construction programme.
