Jean Baptiste Ruzindana is the Headmaster of La Colombiere High School. Below he shares with us how his workday goes: I wake up at 5a.m. I then check to ensure that all my children are up so that they can go to school. I take a bath and have breakfast. By 6a.m, I set off from home to work and by 7:15a.m, I must be in office. I start work by inspecting how clean the school compound is. I later check on the teacher’s attendance list to ensure the teachers are in their respective classes. Morning lessons start by 7:30a.m, so I keep an open eye on the attendance. I get into my office to concentrate on administrative work and a lot more. I work until 1:30p.m when the school closes. I go direct home to have lunch. I rest until 3p.m when I help my children in case they need to go about their homework and other related tasks. At about 6p.m, I concentrate on personal work until 7p.m. I have supper and at least watch a movie before I get to bed at 10p.m. Email:mugoyag@yahoo.com
