KCC sets deadline for classrooms
KIGALI – Kigali City Council has set December, 31, 2009 as the deadline for the completion of the construction of over a hundred classrooms needed for the 9-Year Basic Education programme. The council plans to construct 119 classrooms in Kigali City to cope with the increased enrolment of pupils.
