LAST season’s Peace Cup winners AS Kigali hope to continue their recent excellent form when they face Police on Saturday, November 12, in their first leg of Rwanda Premier League at Kigali Stadium, in Nyamirambo. The match will kickoff at 18:00. AS Kigali’s head coach Andre Casa Mbungo wants his troops to replicate their recent form in the tricky match. Casa Mbungo said: “It is going to be a big game for us and we’ll need to be very careful.” Casa Mbungo who has established a formidable side, believes his side has nothing to fear. I know Police are a good side with quality and experienced players, but we will try to come up with the right formula that can help us to get good results.” Vincent Mashami of Police, said: “I have big respect for AS Kigali and expect a real fight from them. But we need to concentrate on ourselves. It will be a different game from the past ones, and we want to do well in this game. “Regardless of what we expected, we will be ready for the game.” AS Kigali is third with 14 points after winning four games and drawing two. Police is seventh after eight games. They have won three, drawn two and lost three. Elsewhere, Gasogi United will host Gorilla, Mukura will play against Rutsiro while Etincelles will host Musanze.
