City plans $30m works on roads
KIGALI - Kigali City Council will next month embark on a project to adjust some of the roads where traffic has been on the increase. The roads to be upgraded include the stretch from Kigali main roundabout that runs past the Kimihurura roundabout and the Remera junction towards the airport.
