Two money changers arrested over fake dollars
RUSIZI - Police in Rusizi District have arrested two men whom they found in possession of counterfeit notes. Emmanuel Nsengamungu and Donati Mbungo, both money changers in Kamembe town were arrested on Wednesday, following reports that they had given Asifiwe Byendima a Congolese national, US $7,000 worth of fake notes.
