More security needed at night in Nyamirambo
Editor, I have been a resident of Nyamirambo for the past three years. As an employee, who at times works up to as late as 10:00 pm, I have on occasions been chased by thieves in this notorious Kigali suburb, most especially at Nyamirambo Market.
