Kagame appoints two new senators
KIGALI - President Paul Kagame, yesterday, appointed Jose Kagabo and Henriette Umulisa to fill the two vacant seats in the Senate.The news of the senators’ appointment was communicated in a communiqué from the President’s Office, signed by Minister Solina Nyirahabimana.
